MCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For Sweet Vermicelli (Kheer):

Lightly roast in ghee if desired (optional if already roasted).

Add milk and bring to a gentle boil.

Cook for 5–7 minutes until soft.

Add sugar and cardamom, stir well.

Garnish with nuts and serve warm or chilled.
For Savoury Vermicelli (Upma):

Heat oil and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, and vegetables.
