Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail or Evri usually on the same working day that you place your order if placed before 3 PM. During exceptionally busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order.

You will receive a text message or email once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that sometimes this email can go to your spam folder.

Here is some information about the delivery services we offer;

Next Working Day - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive as soon as the next working day including Saturdays. We use a 24 delivery service. Please note that this is not guaranteed to arrive next day, and no refunds will be given for any postage that has been paid.

3-4 Working Days - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days excluding Saturdays. We use a 48 delivery service.

Please Note - Royal Mail and Evri aim to deliver your order the next working day, or within 2-3 working days, but this is not a guarantee. A tracking number may be provided where you can see the delivery confirmation and rearrange the delivery date and location if a delivery attempt was made.
